Pastor Mike’s sermons have been so helpful and convicting lately. Well, all of the time. The concept of love and fear as opposites is powerful and clears up a lot of false thinking. There have been so many opportunities for me to learn more about loving God and loving others this year. I’m thankful to contextualize those lessons in Scripture, and thankful for a pastor whose dedication to rightly dividing the Word of truth and whose passion for our church family’s growth in Christlikeness are making such a difference in my own set of circumstances. This series continues to direct (and correct) my focus throughout each week. I’m a little sad it’s wrapping up, but excited for the next one. My toes weren’t the only things stepped on in these last few months, but, so help me, if all my bones are broken, I’m still coming! I want to learn to think biblically and love God and others as I ought, so that Christ can be lifted high in my own life, no matter what! I am terribly biased, but our church is what God is using most to teach and encourage our little family, and we truly thank God upon every remembrance of all of you!
